Job Summary
The Cirrus Aircraft Delivery Technician ensures every customer receives excellent service by providing a safe, clean, welcoming, and comfortable aviation experience. The primary duties of the Delivery Technician are to assist the Delivery Operations personnel in the setup and execution of customer aircraft delivery events. He or she also assists with aircraft servicing, detailing, and other guests needs while adhering to the Cirrus Service Essentials. Secondary duties include assisting Line Service, Flight Operations, and other team members with various tasks to ensure world-class lateral and outward service.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
· Assist with every aspect of aircraft delivery readiness for guests and Delivery Operations personnel. Detail aircraft, service fluids, oxygen, and tires. Update aircraft databases and provide assistance with subscriptions.
· Assist Delivery Operations personnel with the delivery presentation of customer aircraft by operating lights, sound, and other experiential items to enhance the delivery experience.
· Independently and proactively prepare for each aircraft delivery, identify and perform open job tasks, and immediately speak up and/or point out issues to all stakeholders.
· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the Delivery Center, storage hangars, ramp areas, office and desk space, and other storage areas.
· Provide the highest level of service possible in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
· Assist guests with luggage, provide refreshments, and record guests needs in a professional manner.
· Provide or arrange for transportation for guests, to include operating company vehicles.
· Assist Line Service personnel as able. Operate, maintain, and detail fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, and company vehicles as required.
· Maintain fueling and customer records in CRM software.
· Arrange catering and other amenities for guests and Cirrus events.
· Organize and maintain Delivery Operations equipment inventory.
· Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
· Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
· Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 10; must have valid drivers license and acceptable
driving record.

· High School Diploma or GED required
· Background in customer service, line service, theatrical lighting/sound, or related field preferred
· Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
· Ability to obtain a non-movement area MKAA ramp badge
· Excellent customer service skills required.
· Applicant must be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually.
