We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Modification team in Long Beach, CA by transforming data into actionable insights that improve program execution, schedule performance, and decision-making. The role will partner with Program and Project Managers, Engineering and Supply Chain to develop dashboards, maintain data integrity, and support performance reporting across modification programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to track program performance (schedule, cost, milestones, resource utilization)
Support development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO use
Analyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making
Support maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development and KPI tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience in data analysis, or metrics reporting, or related work
3+ years’ experience developing dashboards, reports and KPIs
3+ years’ experience developing data pipelines or ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load)
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
Exposure to Tableau (academic, internship or personal projects)
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Understanding of project/program management concepts
Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into insights

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000
