Are you our new Customer Service Agent in CPH?
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a 60 position for the peak season. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will support airport operations across check-in, gates, and arrivals during busy travel periods. A professional attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a seasonal role based at CPH Airport with varying shift patterns.

In this role you will be responsible for:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across all core airport operations. You will be capable and confident in covering the three main customer service positions: Check-in, Gates, and Arrivals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for Norwegian customers at every touchpoint.
The most important function of a Customer Service Agent is to deliver outstanding customer service, always proactively supporting and assisting Norwegian customers. You must maintain excellent professional conduct and high grooming standards at all times. A strong understanding of Norwegian policies and strict adherence to Norwegian gate bag procedures and accurate revenue collection is also required.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Relevant experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours.
- You have good English language skills
