PURPOSE: We are seeking a smart, energetic and collaborative Benefits and Administrative Coordinator who is eager to be a team player in a fast-paced environment. This is a newly created position with huge opportunity for development. We are willing to train the ideal candidate who demonstrates the ability and desire to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer leaves of absence and Workers’ Compensation program
  • Assist Crewmembers with benefits enrollment and troubleshoot related benefit issues.
  • Serve as a resource for Crewmembers with questions related to benefits, leaves, worker’s compensation, etc.
  • Administer Continuation of Benefits processes
  • Administer badges to manage ASC access 
  • Dashboard updates for FMLASource, Paylocity, Symetra, BCBS, Sedgewick
  • Support benefits projects as assigned
  • Monitor Inventory and replenish breakroom, office, and hygiene supplies
  • Coordinate decks, food and drink, and private dining for bimonthly board meetings
  • Coupa invoicing processes for various vendors
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot facilities/engineering services 
  • Distribute building updates to ASC crewmembers
  • Support misc short-term projects as needed
  • Create and manage admin budget 
  • HVAC Resolution, Lease Amendment
  • Fedex and UPS Account cleanup
  • Sort and distribute mail/shipments to appreciate departments
  • Wipe clean counters, microwaves, refrigerators, and meeting rooms as needed 
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, benefits, or related position.
  • Highly capable with all standard business software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Achievement focused and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while using good judgment to make job-related decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
