Canadian Helicopters is a helicopter transportation service, maintenance support and flight training company. In business since 1947, Canadian Helicopters is Canadas largest helicopter operator with over 20 locations across the country and a fleet of nearly 100 single and multi-engine aircrafts.
Canadian Helicopters is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who will report directly to the HR Director.
As a receptionist (20 of your time):
- Perform reception duties (order stationery, coffee, greet visitors, handle mail, etc.)
- Workstation at the front reception desk
As an administrative assistant (80 of your time):
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Follow up in accordance with the HR departments established procedures
- Involvement in the recruitment process
- Ensure good communication
- Ensure the archiving and filing of documentation (electronically)
- All other related administrative tasks
Additional Information:
Status: Permanent, full-time
Location: Les Cèdres, Qc.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
100 in-person
